1.  One night accommodation will be charged for guaranteed bookings cancelled within 24 hours of expected arrival date.
2.  Arrival time is from 13h00 and check out time is 10h00.
3.  Late check out will be charged R50 per hour after 10h00.
4.  A deposit/payment of 100% is required before the end of business day. Companies/businesses are expected to pay within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, if not, rooms will be cancelled and given to someone else.
5.  Failure to pay deposit before end of business day, will lead to room cancellation.
6.  Please notify us of any changes to your reservation.
7.  REFUND POLICY - STRICTLY NO REFUNDS. Guests are given one chance to change dates, THREE DAYS before check in date, based on availability.
8.  Please do not forget to forward us proof of payment. 
9.  Please note that your booking will be canceled, if payment is not received at the expected time.
