186Ridge boasts convenient self catering accommodation in Muckleneuk, Pretoria. We have been awarded 3 Stars by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.

Our facilities consist of a luxury self-catering garden apartment located in the historic suburb of Muckleneuk. We are within walking distance of UNISA main campus (less than 10 min walk) and UNISA Sunnyside campus (less than 20 min walk), and only a few minutes drive from the CBD and other industries and attractions. Muckleneuk is a quiet, peaceful suburb in the heart of Pretoria. Lovely tree-lined streets and many historical houses add to the tranquility of the suburb. We are also conveniently close to many embassies some of which are the Embassies of Belgium, Finland, Egypt, France and The Netherlands.

Being close to major routes makes travelling to and from our centrally located establishment easy and convenient. Routes within easy access include: R21 (route to and from O.R. Tambo Airport and the Ben Schoeman freeway (to and from Johannesburg). We provide a free pick-up and drop-off service to and from the Gautrain Pretoria Station (by prior appointment only).

Accommodation at 186Ridge:
The apartment comprises of a main bedroom/living room equipped with a double bed, lounge chairs, dining area and a television with DVD player and full DSTV coverage. A smaller bedroom equipped with a single bed also forms part of the apartment. A private bathroom services the unit and towels and guest soap is provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a four plate stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge and all amenities. The apartment also features a Jacuzzi and Sauna for the exclusive use of our guests staying in the apartment.

Enjoy views of the garden and duck pond with Clyde, Thelma and Louise, our resident ducks, and many other species of wild birds. In the evenings the local Bush-babies may be seen frolicking in the tree tops. Or go for a leisurely stroll through the lovely tree-lined streets. We are close to many fine restaurants and bars.
