This stylish villa is meters away from the Indian Ocean and offers a peaceful holiday in a spectacular setting. There is no better way to watch a sunset or the whales frolicking in the bay ahead. It has been designed in such a way to take full advantage of these breath-taking views. 38 on Westcliff offers a unique service from booking your holiday activities, packing a picnic, booking at one of our local restaurants or even doing your holiday grocery shopping allowing you to just sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday.
The living area is open plan with a beautiful lounge, dining area and kitchen, which opens onto two terraces. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs with both bedrooms having access onto their own balcony, which boasts gorgeous views of the sea. The family bedroom upstairs has a double bed and two single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed.
There are a further four bedrooms downstairs, on one which opens onto the pool, one off the kitchen/ dining area and the other two off the braai room/ lounge area.

Hermanus takes pride in having a fantastic choice of popular restaurants on offer where one can sip on craft beer or dine on local cuisine and enjoy the breathtaking views.
For a day out we suggest a visit to the local art galleries, flea-market or the old harbour.
There are also hiking and cycling trails nearby, as well as the Fernkloof Nature Reserve.

subject to availability and is only confirmed once the deposit has been
received. Balance of

Please note a booking is not confirmed or secured until the deposit requirement has been paid in full. 3 8 on Westcliff reserves the right, without notice to the Company / Agent / Guest / Group, to release any booking held where the required deposit has not been paid in full within the stated period.
Should we receive confirmed bookings against provisional bookings, we do reserve the right to contact you to request releasing of the booking and will require a response within 24 hours or the bookings will be automatically released.
A reservation will be held on a provisional basis for fourteen (14) days from the day of booking. The Company / Agent / Guest is required to release provisional bookings in writing by e-mail.
Late
arrivals: To be arranged with management.
Early
arrivals: Early check-in is only possible if the house is ready for
occupation and arranged with management. If not, you are welcome to leave your
luggage at the house while you go out and explore until the house is
ready.
