4 Rothman Street B&B

4 Rothman Street B&B provides affordable, comfortable, spacious B&B and self-catering units. It is situated in a well-lit, quiet street in a safe area of Graaff-Reinet. It is within easy walking distance of the shops, museums and restaurants. Ideal for families, singles, small tour groups and business people.

Six fully serviced units consist of one or two en-suite bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, braai facilities and the use of the swimming pool in our large indigenous garden. Our beds are of hotel quality and visitors have commented on the comfort provided. Each unit has a televisio, a heater, coffee and tea, an air conditioner and/or fan. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and wash up sink. An extra bed or cot can be added to each of the units on request.

Fax and internet facilities are available. Laundry can be done on request. The property is secure with off-street parking. Evening meals and packed breakfasts or lunches can be arranged.

Your hosts, Zorb and Judy Caryer or our manager, Helen Jacobus, are always on hand to advise and see to the needs of guests. Our friendly, honest staff keep the units to a high standard of cleanliness.

Accommodation at 4 Rothman Street B&B:
Each unit described here can be used for self-catering or B&B. Breakfasts are served in the units, with the exception of No 3 unit, where breakfast would be served in a dining room. There is also a separate kitchen with stove and oven available for use on request. Each unit has an outside seating area with portable braai facilities.

Unit No 1
Own entrance. 2 en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 x 3/4 beds and a shower and bath in the bathroom, the other has 2 x single beds. Living room with dining table, easy chairs and kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery, crockery and wash-up sink. Fans and heaters, air-con in living room. Tea, coffee and milk provided. Television in living room.

Unit No 2 and 3
These units can be combined to form a family unit with 2 en-suite bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with 2 x 3/4 beds. Own entrance with veranda. Large L-Shaped living room with dining table, easy chairs, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery, crockery and wash-up sink. Extra small bed in the living room. Television, air-con in living room and fans and heaters in bedrooms. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

Unit No 3
En-suite bedroom with own entrance and queen-sized bed. Fridge and kettle. Tea, coffee and milk. Television, fan and heater.

Unit No 4
En suite bedroom with own entrance and 2 x 3/4 beds. With table, fridge, kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery, toaster and wash-up sink. Own entrance. Television, air conditioner. Tea, coffee and milk.

Unit No 5
2 x en-suite bedrooms, one with king-sized and 2 single beds, the other with 2 x single beds. Large living room with television, dining table, easy chairs, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery and crockery and wash-up sink. Fans and heaters. Own entrance. Tea, coffee and milk.

Unit No 6
1 x en-suite bedroom with king-sized and 2 x single beds. Large living room with table, easy chairs, television, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery, crockery, wash-up sink. Air conditioner in living room, fan and heater. Tea, coffee and milk. Own entrance.
