47 Bay Ridge is a well-designed, spacious self-catering apartment located in the secure Bay Ridge residential complex, ideally suited for a holiday or short stay needs.

Ballito Bay Ridge is conveniently situated on the Ballito coastline in the heart of the Dolphin Coast in KwaZulu-Natal.  Whether guests plan to stay for a few weeks or just a night or two, this apartment guarantees convenience and ease of access to wherever guests want to be.  The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate 8 guests and contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area.  Three of the bedrooms contain a queen-size bed each, and one of the bedrooms has 2 single beds.  The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.  There is a separate bathroom with a shower available. 

Rest well with the hotel quality beds and crisp linen.  The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools.  The living room features an L-shape leather couch and an HD Smart TV with OVHD. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi.

The apartment opens to an outdoor balcony and garden with a dining suite and Weber braai.  Guests have access to the communal complex pool, as well as secure tenant and visitor parking.

Cancellation Policy:

-  If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
-  If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Terms and Conditions

* No parties or noise will be allowed inside the apartment, or in common areas.
* Guests that use the swimming pool are expected to wear appropriate swimming attire.
* Any damages will be charged to the guests.
* A cleaning fee of R800,00 is charged for your exit clean and linen.
* Damage deposit of R2000,00 is due 24 Hours before check in.
* Daily service cleaning can be booked with the agent prior to arrival.
* Cost of service cleaning is R180,00 per clean.

Directions:

From King Shaka International Airport - This route has tolls; - Exit the airport use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Mdloti Street/M65 and continue to follow the M65 for 2.3 km; - Keep left at the fork, merge onto the N2 and proceed for 850 m; - Merge onto the N2 and proceed for 13.6 km; - Take Exit 210 towards the M4/Ballito/Compensation and proceed for 600 m; - Use any lane to turn right onto Ballito Drive and proceed for 700 m; - Turn left onto Moffat Drive and proceed for 120 m; - Turn right onto the R627 and proceed for 650 m; - At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Leonora Drive and proceed for 110 m; - At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Simbithi Drive and proceed for 2.1 km; - Turn right onto Dolphin Crescent/Ocean Drive and proceed for 160 m; - Turn right to the Bay Ridge complex, this is unit 47.
