Our Four Star Luxury Guest House is comprised of 10 units; 4 luxury double rooms, 4 luxury suites and 2 family units. Perfectly situated in the beachfront suburb of Summerstrand, this sophisticated beach house offers secure off-street parking and free WiFi in all bedrooms and communal areas.
We are a scenic 10-minute drive from the city centre and the Port Elizabeth International Airport and 150 metres from Pollock Beach.

Providing us with credit card details or Electronic Transfer. Please note, for overseas swift transfers we will not be liable for bank charges incurred. An additional R125-00 will be charged for International Transfers if card details cannot be supplied.

- Cancellations within 7 days from day of arrival are liable for full payment
- Cancellations within 7 to 14 days from day of arrival will be liable for 50% of the booking value
- Cancellations more than 14 days onwards from date of arrival will be liable for 25% of the booking value
- Early departures are liable for full payment of booking
Rates includes breakfast and free WIFI. All extras to be settled on departure. All rooms are non smoking. If there was smoked in the room, the guest will be liable for a fine. If room keys are lost, the guests will be liable for the cost.
Follow the M4 on the highway. Take Marine Drive, Summerstrand. Follow Marine Drive with ocean on your left hand side, past all the avenues one to 11 and turn right into Admiralty Road with the red and white beacon on your left hand side. We are number 9 on your right hand side.
