African Dreams Bed & Breakfast is a family owned and managed establishment situated on the Quigney, one of the oldest and most historic suburbs of East London. In 2009 and 2012, we were selected as Regional Finalists in the prestigious AA Accommodation Awards programme for excellent service.

Our swimming pool is nestled in a lush tropical garden setting with a stylish deck and a view of the sea. A delicious breakfast is served daily.

African Dreams is located close to the Airport, and a shuttle service is available should your require it. We are also conveniently close to the International Conventional Centre, CBD, Buffalo Park Cricket Stadium, East London Golf Club and a short walk to the Eastern Beach.

The Lion Room
This spacious and luxurious room,named after the majestic "King of the Beasts", is decorated in subtle tawny browns and creams. With a Queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom containing a spa bath and double shower, this is the perfect suite for the honeymoon couple.

The Elephant Room
Understated greys and soft lavenders create a haven of tranquility - the ideal suite for relaxing and unwinding. Furnished with a King sized bed, that can be converted into two comfortable twin beds if necessary. En-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

The Zebra Room
Vibrant and exciting in black and white with a King sized bed that can be converted into two comfortable twin beds if necessary. En-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

The Rhino Room
A room that is approached from a glorious garden this room is decorated in beautiful blues, greys and deep lavenders creating a wonderful sense of cool serenity. Furnished with a king-sized bed, that can be converted into two comfortable twin beds if necessary. An en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower finishes this room off.

The Giraffe Room
Feel like royalty in this hue of amazing amber. You will be able to gracefully slumber in a Queen sized bed. This room is also appointed with a double sleeper couch for those parents wishing to share with their children. This room also offers an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

The Buffalo Room
This room is named after the buffalo, an animal that travels in herds, so this room has been created to accommodate families or alternatively business persons wishing to share. This family suite is decorated in chocolate browns and creams, it comprises of two bedrooms, main room furnished with a king-sized bed and the second room furnished with two single bunk beds. The lounge has a comfortable sleeper couch and the en suite bathroom has a corner spa-bath and separate shower.
