CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a deposit of 50% in order to confirm your booking.
In the event that a booking is cancelled for any reason, the following will apply:
Booking Cancelled Forfeit
(days before arrival)
7 or less (or no show) 100% of booking total
8 – 14 90% (of deposit)
15 – 30 40% (of deposit)
31 or more 20% (of deposit)
State date, or if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date:
the full value of the total booking will be due (up to a maximum of three days)
Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment
of the quote room rate for the originally – booked dates (up to a maximum of 3 days
in addition to the number of days the guest has already stayed).
