* No loud music is permitted on the premises. We kindly request that no shouting, loud music, or talking is allowed after 22h00.
* No visitors are allowed in the rooms to sleep over or make use of the facilities unless an arrangement has been made with Dina. Please communicate if you want to entertain visitors in the “braai” area.
* Valuable goods and items—please keep your valuables safe. The guest house and its staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to the property of the guest.
* No Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the guest house is strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the guest house has a fine of R500 payable by the guilty party; this is to wash all walls, ceilings, curtains, mats, etc. to remove the tobacco smell. Smoking is permitted outside at the patio and garden areas.
* Please do not deposit foreign objects into the toilet, sanitary pads, rubber or plastic objects; please deposit them into the bin located next to the toilet.
* Tap water in Parys is not recommended for human consumption. There is a water canister located in the kitchen containing purchased purified fresh water that can be used for human consumption and preparing foods. Please use water sparingly.
* The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in. All bookings include 15% VAT
* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
