Cancellation policy

1.In the unfortunate event that the client has to cancel or postpone the confirmed reservation at any time prior to the date of arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the following cancellation charges where there has been a reduction in numbers or a full cancellation of the reservation:

1.1.Cancellation charges for individual accommodation reservations
>7 days prior to arrival = 50% of amount quoted
7 - 0 days prior to arrival = 100% of amount quoted

1.2.Cancellation charges for group accommodation or conference & banqueting reservations
o >30 days prior to arrival = 50% of amount quoted
o 30 - 0 days prior to arrival = 100% of amount quoted

2.Any change in number after final number has been confirmed, date change or venue change will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the sole and absolute discretion of Hotel management.

3.In the event of premature departure the full extent of the amount quoted and confirmed will be charged. No refunds will be made for early departures.

4.All non-arrivals will be charged for the full period reserved and the full extent of the amount quoted.

5.Any cancellations or postponements, without exceptions, must be made in writing. It is the Guest's responsibility to ensure receipt of cancellation and proof of cancellation must be produced to claim a refund.

6.The parties agree that any/all amounts payable as a cancellation fee and/or deposit forfeited under any other terms or conditions contained in the booking form or elsewhere, shall constitute pre-agreed and liquidated damages payable by the Client to the Hotel
