Angels Valley River Lodge - This most beautiful piece of land next to the wilge river with breathtaking views of the valley and river is definitely one for the books.
Our Private Lodge is situated about 120 km from Pretoria on the N4, in the malaria free area on the border of Gauteng and Mpumalanga next to the Wilge river. Our lodge is accessible via a gravel road about 20km from the R104 and -+ 38 km from Bronkhorstspruit.

Eland, waterbok, klipspringer, kudu, duiker, Zebra, ostrich, rock hyrax (dassie),
warthog, bushpig, leopard, jackal, caracal(rooikat), genet, serval cat, brown hyena, rabbits, etc.
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
A R1000 refundable breakage deposit is required when making a booking.
Please note that we have a 20km gravel/dirt road to our accommodation. Only high clearance vehicles.
When driving on our gravel/dirt road please follow our Angels valley signs and not the GPS as it will take you on an undrivable road.
We only have Solar power please take note that no hairdryers or any of our own appliances may be used.
We do sell wood and ice
Our closest shop is in Balmoral about 18km from our farm

NO UNAUTHORISED ENTRY
Right of admission reserved. The right is reserved to order any guest off the premises who renders him/herself guilty of violating any of the general rules regarding accommodation and utilization of facilities or of any indecent or any other form of misconduct WITHOUT any refund on prepaid accommodation.
- Any Guest causing loss or damages to any fixed or movable property of shall be liable to reimburse the lodge for any loss or damage.

Strictly no guest is allowed anywhere near any of our other accommodation. Please respect other guest privacy.
FISHING
Catch and release only
Please do not leave any fishing line lying around
Please tidy fishing spots before leaving.
FIRE
Fire is and remains the biggest risk. Please ensure that the last people to leave the boma make sure the fire is properly put out. Use designated areas to braai. No open fires allowed anywhere else.
NO SMOKING IN ANY OF OUR HOUSES/TENTS.
GENERERAL
- Please use water sparingly
- No loud music
- No pets allowed
- Treat fellow Guests and staff with respect at all times.
- Please take responsibility for Children and minors staying with you
- Guests and day visitors are not permitted to remove or move around and displace any fittings, furnishings, fixtures or furniture unless authorized by prior arrangement
- Please keep our grounds and hiking routes clean and free from cigarette butts.
- Please don’t damage any plants or vegetation.
- No trees may be broken neither may any wood be taken from the farm.
- No hunting of any kind of animal allowed. No feeding of any animal, Please keep belongings and food out of reach for wild animals.
- No use of any kind of fire arms, pellet guns, paintball guns.
- Please switch of all lights and close doors and windows when leaving your chalet.
- No glass bottles or glasses allowed in river.
- Do not litter.
Please, One broken bottle in swimming areas and that area is unsafe for all future visitors.
