The building itself has a grand history, being one of the first in the town of Caledon, and the fade, which is a national monument, overlooks Donkin Street.

Athenian Villa offers a new dinning room, secure underground parking, conference facilities and can accommodate groups of up to 16 people. Please note that Athenian Villa has a flight of stairs leading to the rooms.

Six individually decorated and cosy Double Rooms are available, all located on the first floor surrounding the courtyard. Each room sleeps two and offers either a double bed or two single beds. The comfortable atmosphere ensures guests are made to feel at home. Each room has an in-room shower and a private rest room.
Family Room
Athenian Villa has one Family Room sleeping four guests on one double bed and two single beds. The room has an in-room shower and private rest room. Guests are also able to make use of the additional bathroom and showers in the building.
The family room has a king-size bed with two single beds. This colourful room features an electric kettle, a TV, a fan, and a private bathroom with a shower.

Take N2 continue for 115kms until Caledon turn off.
Take 1st turn off into Prince Alfred street continue straight until Absa sign turn right into Donkin Street.
