Situated within sight and sound of the mesmerising Atlantic Ocean, the Atlantic Villa Boutique Guesthouse offers accommodation within walking distance from the beach, a few minutes drive from Swakopmund town centre and a quiet relaxed atmosphere complimented by its location. Our elegantly and luxurious decorated rooms offers spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Relax with a cup of freshly ground coffee in your room or unwind in any of our comfy lounges where you are welcome to play on our grand Piano, or just settle down with a cold drink on the terrace.

Atlantic Villa has the facilities to accommodate a variety of travellers.

Atlantic Villa is ideal for functions such as weddings, sundowners, office gatherings etc. Our conference facility features latest technology equipment, with surround sound, seating and lighting to complement and create an ambiance to fit in with your corporate image and colours. We make provision for all your catering needs. We have three options:
Room 1: Ideal for Executive meetings with boardroom style layout and can host 10 people.
Room 2: Ideal for Theatre style presentation, seating with tables and can seat 16 people.
Room 3: A combination of the above 2 rooms, offer theatre or reception venue for up to 60 people.
We offer full catering for all these events.

Accommodation at Atlantic Villa Boutique Guesthouse:
Accommodation at Atlantic Villa consists of four main facets, namely the Junior Suites (all with seaview), Seaview Rooms, Standard Rooms and Apartments (Self Catering). Atlantic Villa has the facilities to accommodate a variety of travellers.

The main house consists of five rooms of which two is Seaview Rooms. In addition five Family Apartments are available and suitable for self catering. To conclude our accommodation bouquet we also have five Junior Suites with a seaview. Rooms are equipped with DSTV and internet while some rooms have a private balcony with views of the surrounding desert and ocean.

Atlantic Villa has the facilities to accommodate a variety of travellers. To conclude our accommodation bouquet we also have 5 Luxury Suites with a sea view. Rooms are equipped with DSTV, internet, telephone and each have a private balcony with views of the surrounding desert and ocean.

Junior suites
Architecture is a creation of space wherein the human soul can survive. This philosophy is the context within which the suites were designed and created. Atlantic Villa Suites are five luxury, one bedroom suites that are approximately 70 square meters each. The internal finishes per unit are designed for the upmarket traveller and includes inter alia 42 inch flat screen televisions in the lounge and bedroom, a full DStv bouquet sound system throughout the units, light therapy showers and various other 5 star finishes.

Standard rooms
In the bright and friendly rooms you will find everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The exquisite furnished rooms have large high-quality beds and a fully glazed en-suite bathroom. All rooms have an espresso machine, a music system and a large 42" television with DSTV decoder. All guests are welcome to use the facilities at the guesthouse and the large roof terrace.

Sea view rooms
Relax in our spacious sea view rooms, private balcony and en-suite bathroom. Individual stylish furnished, comfortable beds, Tea- & Coffee Facilities and much more. Guests are welcome to make use of the guesthouse balcony, TV Lounge (with DStv) or our guest office.

Self-catering units / apartments
When you and your family want to spend a few relaxed days at the coast, but prefer it the self catering way, we have 5 Self Catering Apartments that would make your stay a memorable one. They have a kitchenette and two of them have a build in BBQ.
