This stylish country retreat, Auberge Clermont, in the beautiful Franschhoek Valley, is tucked away on a historic wine and fruit farm.

Surrounded by magnificent mountains, and only a few minutes from the centre of the quaint village, Auberge Clermont offers peace and seclusion for the discerning traveller.

The Auberge has a tennis court for the energetic, a sparkling pool overlooking plum orchards and leisurely walks through the vines and along the oak-lined river.

In addition, Clermont offers a historic self-catering 3-bedroom villa with its own, dedicated swimming pool. Step back in time and enjoy this secluded, beautifully appointed old Cape farmhouse with its large, covered terrace overlooking the plum orchard, vineyards and Franschhoek Mountains. Two bedrooms downstairs each come with its own full bathroom, of which one is en suite. The loft room is beautifully decorated in mountain hues of blue and white and has an en-suite shower room. The loft is ideal for adults & independent teenagers, as its only access is via an outside staircase. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer,ironing facility, wood-burning fireplace, gas BBQ, satellite TV, DVD-player & iPod docking station.

Five luxurious standard en-suite rooms and a gorgeous honeymoon suite are individually decorated in the colours and moods of Provence. Air-conditioning, Underfloor heating and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort.

All our rooms are equipped with Nespresso machines, tea-trays, satellite television, telephones, under floor heating, ceiling fans, heated towel rails, mini-bar fridges and hairdryers.

Activities:

- Enjoy the swimming pool and tennis court and feel free to explore our vineyards and orchards. Raquets and balls are available at reception.
- Private tours of the vineyards and surrounding areas, or as far as Cape Town and Hermanus, can be arranged.
- Horse riding excursions can be arranged.

Should you cancel
• more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
– 90% of the booking value will be refunded

• between 60 and 30 days prior to the arrival date
– 50% of the booking value will be refunded

• fewer than 30 days prior to the arrival date
– 10% of the booking value will be refunded

• No Show
- 90% of the booking value will be charged.

• Shortened Stay
If guests shorten their stay, 10% of the remaining booking value will be refunded.
