- If cancelled 31 days or less prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the booking total- If cancelled 61 days or longer prior to arrival, you are liable for 50% of the booking total.- Early check out and no show - will forfeit full booking total.

Parking:
Kindly ensure that you park on the allocated parking spot. Failure to do so may result in Avemore Apartments incurring a fine which you would then be liable to pay. In the unlikely event that someone else has parked on your allocated spot, kindly take a picture of the vehicle registration number and send it to us so that we may report the matter.
Breakage Deposit:
There is no breakage deposit required, but guests will be invoiced upon Check-Out, should there be any breakages or stains on furniture/linen, additional cleaning will be charged in extreme cases. Breakages are payable within 7 days of receiving your breakage invoice.

Children are most welcome at all of our apartments, we are however unable to provide additional beds.
