Balmoral Lodge is a Guest House situated in the heart of Bellville, which rests on the Tygerberg Hills, and has views spanning across the Cape Wine Region. The area is peaceful, quiet and safe, allowing the guests to relax and enjoy all that the Mother City has to offer.

Balmoral Lodge Accommodation and Guest Rooms:
Balmoral Lodge has been elegantly furnished with contemporary pieces and each room is classically decorated. We have truly splendid accommodation, with friendly staff that will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is every bit as fabulous as you would expect from any luxury and professional Guest House. We offer Standard, Deluxe and Superior accommodation to suit everyone’s taste and pocket.
Balmoral Lodge consist out of six properties
with a total of 56 en-suite guest rooms, offering three different types of rooms:
Standard Room:
Our
Standard Rooms are comfortably sized en-suite bedrooms with a double or two
single beds, a wardrobe and minibar station.
Deluxe Room:
Our Deluxe
Rooms comprises of a large en-suite double or twin bedroom equipped with fans,
a wardrobe, coffee and tea station as well as a minibar station.
Superior Room:
Our
Superior Rooms are the largest of our bedrooms, fitted with a king-size bed or
single beds, air-conditioning, tea and coffee station as well as a minibar
station.
Self Catering:
Self catering units have 2 bedrooms each. We also have a standard room with built-in kitchenette.
Family Unit:
The family unit is a superior but cosy room with an added bed for children on a third person sharing basis. Adjoining rooms are available.
Dormitory:
For large groups, we offer a dormitory setting in our spacious loft. Each bed is closed off from the others by a curtain, for extra privacy.
All of our Room Rates are inclusive of breakfast. Upon request, a friend, colleague or family member can join you for an additional breakfast at an extra charge. We also serve delicious homemade dinners upon request.
Airport Transfers:
Balmoral Lodge is conveniently located 13 km from Cape Town International Airport. We also offer shuttle services in and around Cape Town, seven days a week. We use our own vehicles with qualified and reliable drivers.
Conferencing at Balmoral Lodge:
We have three Conference Venues, one venue located at our Main
Property, our second located at our Turner 12 Property and the third venue conveniently located at our Reynolds Property, opposite
our Main Establishment.
Two of our conference facilities can accommodate between 10 - 35 delegates and our third venue can accommodate between 5 -15 delegates, offering three package options to choose from.
Functions at Balmoral Lodge:
We have two funtion venues, ideal for cocktails parties, birthdays (adults and kids), anniversies, baby showers and bacherlorettes / bachelor parties. Our venue is also perfect for corporate occassions such as year-end parties, retirement parties and product launches.

- Failure to arrive or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date will result in a forfeiture of 100% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date will result in a forfeiture of 75%.
- Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date will result in a forfeiture of 50%.
- Upon receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, applicable refunds will be processed.
Please note a 5% administration fee will be deducted from any refunds.
