It is also readily equipped for relaxation and barbecues with beautiful vines cleverly trained over a wooden pergola to provide shade for the patio.

Set on the ground floor, just off the main hallway. One bedroom, sleeping two and a sleeper couch, sleeping one. Fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and sunny lounge.
Apartment No 3:
Set on the first floor. Spacious two bedroom apartment ideal for two couples or a family of four. Two large bedrooms - sleeping four. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Large lounge with dining space for eight. Private balcony. Fully equipped kitchen.
Apartment No 4:
Set on the first floor, this spacious one bedroom apartment is ideal for the business traveler or a couple on vacation. One bedroom sleeping two, sleeper couch in lounge. Fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with walk in shower, sunny lounge, dining for six.
Garden Cottage:
One bedroom comfortably sleeping two with a queen size bed. Lounge/kitchen/dinette. Open plan living, comfortably laid out with easy access to the kitchen which has a microwave, hob and dining space for two. Bathroom with a shower, toilet and hand basin.

To get there from the airport:
Take the N2 into Cape Town. At Groote Schuur Hospital (on your right) make sure you are in the right-hand lanes as the road splits a little further up. Follow signs to the city center and V&A Waterfront. Take the Strand Street turnoff (left-hand turn). Continue straight along Strand Street, past the main city station and cross Adderley Street, St Georges Street and Buitengracht Street. Strand Street then becomes High Level Road. Stay on this road for a further 4 km. Turn right into St Johns Road. Turn sharp left at the first set of traffic lights, into Main Road, Sea Point. First left into Irwinton Road. Barry Hall is no 6 - Historical Building on the right-hand side .
