Conveniently located just a short stroll from Central Beach, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants, Beau Rivage 9 allows guests easy access to the best of Plettenberg Bay’s offerings. The house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, making it perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends.
The property features three bedrooms, each designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The open-plan kitchen and living area are tastefully equipped with modern amenities, allowing for effortless meal preparation and quality family time. This inviting space seamlessly extends to a covered veranda, where guests can enjoy al fresco dining and make use of the barbecue facilities while soaking in the serene surroundings.
Within the Beau Rivage complex, guests have access to a variety of amenities, enhancing the holiday experience. Enjoy a leisurely swim in the stunning infinity outdoor pool, practice your game at the communal squash court, or simply unwind in the beautifully maintained garden.
• Only 6 PAX are permitted to stay at Beau Rivage 9 at any one time.
• All Guests are required to sign an indemnity form before arriving at the Beau Rivage Complex, for security purposes. This will be sent to your email address before your arrival date.
• No animals are allowed at Beau Rivage 9.
• Beau Rivage 9 has a strict no smoking policy inside our unit. Please kindly use the outside patio.
• Beau Rivage 9 has a 5kVA inverter system to carry Guests through power cuts. Please do not overload the system during power cuts, or you will be automatically cut off by the system, and will have to wait for the next business day to be reconnected.
• The Beau Rivage complex has lagoons and streams. These bodies of water are not fenced. All children must be supervised in the proximity of the water bodies around the Beau Rivage complex.
• All water bodies and water ways in Beau Rivage are not to be used for model boating, fishing or any other purpose other than a scenic amenity.
• Use of the pool is strictly for residents staying in Beau Rivage 9 only. No outside persons are permitted to use the pool area. Children under the age of 10 years must always be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers are permitted by the pool.
• The squash court is available for use between 07H00 and 21H00.
• Complex speed limit is 5km/h. Please do not block the road access at the front of Beau Rivage 9.
• We are on the DSTV Compact Package at Beau Rivage 9, which does not include the major sporting channels.
• Please do not sign out of the Netflix account.
• Please respect our neighbours – no disturbance, interference or impinging upon the amenities of other tenants. Noise levels are to be kept within reasonable limits so as not to cause disturbance to our neighbours. This applies especially after 22H00.
Children of all ages are welcome. Please note that the property is located on a Lagoon, so supervision is required as per our indemnity form.
