Bethesda Tower Accommodation - A unique accommodation experience in a fairy-tale tower at a vibrant Arts Centre in the Karoo village of Nieu Bethesda.
The Bethesda Arts Centre Tower is two minutes walk from the fascinating Owl House, surrounded by stunning mountains, under an amazing array of stars.
See the artists at work making huge colourful wall hangings and lino-prints, or catch a performance at the outdoor theatre in while enjoying a Karoo style meal at our great restaurant.
The Tower is a fairy-tale building three stories high. On the top floor is a huge round bed, covered with a love quilt made at the project.
There are wonderful views of the surrounding hills from the Tower balcony, and at night you can sit and sip your wine under the stars in the round stone courtyard, in privacy and complete safety.
The Tower Restaurant
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, the Tower Cafe has food to suit all palates.
Karoo lamb, chicken curry, or cottage pie are typical fare, while lighter meals of soups, salads, and toasted sandwiches are always available.
Vegetarians are thoughtfully catered for with an inspiring selection of dishes such as moussaka, tortilla, thai butternut soup and vegetable curries.
This room has a round double bed and is covered with a “love quilt”. It has a beautiful view of Nieu-Bethesda and surrounding areas. The room do not have an en-suite bathroom and shares a bathroom with the Tower middle room.
This room has 2 single beds that is located in a part of our guest house known as The Priory. The room do not have an en-suite bathroom and shares a bathroom with the Priory top room.
This room has a double bed and is located in a part of our guest house known as The Priory. The room do not have an en-suite bathroom and shares a bathroom with the Priory bottom room.
Deposits - Any deposit paid will be non-refundable in the event of a booking being cancelled at any stage after confirmation.
Cancellation Procedure - All cancellations must be done in writing.
Early Departure - In the event of early departures, the visitor shall be liable for the full amount outstanding for the duration of the booking, which means that any funds paid to Bethesda Tower on arrival will be non-refundable.
Drive into Nieu Bethesda. You will reach a 4 way stop. Turn Right. Turn Right again immediately, into Muller Street. We are located opposite the Police Station.
