A sleeper couch is available in the lounge, suitable for 2 children with a surcharge applying. A once off Cleaning Fee of R495 is applicable for each booking. Payable on or before check-in.

Check in from 2pm till 5pm at S005 Melrose Road in Muizenberg, Cape Town, Check out is before 10am. Guests will need to come to the Whale Watchers Properties offices to sign-in and register. Guests will also need to complete a security checkin at the Empire Building reception to get building access. Out of hours access is possible as long as all invoices have been paid in full. Access to a lock box will be forwarded on request.

Bluebird Penthouse Muizenberg Beachfront can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area and three balconies overlooking the iconic Surfer`s Corner and Muizenberg Beach. The main and second bedrooms each contain a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. A sleeper couch is provided in the lounge for 2 small children, additional charges apply. Two of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the sea and en-suite bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities, a lounge area with DStv, a sleeper couch, a dining room seating eight people and a large balcony overlooking the beach and sea. The penthouse has underfloor heating for those cosy winter days.
