Bougain Villas Apartment  -  The apartment is part of the Bougain Villas estate in Century City.  The access controlled estate has 24 hour security and is filled with gardens, ponds, playgrounds and a club house with pool and BBQ facilities.

The apartment is a simple and warm space.  The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with the equipment you need and all the basic pantry items.  The living area has comfy couch for relaxing on and TV with cable and Blue Ray for the days you just want to veg at home.  The bedroom boasts a delicious big bed, and plenty of closet space so you can can unpack and feel at home.  The bathroom is spacious and has a separate shower and bath.

The apartment is situated in a walled a off security estate managed and patrolled so that you can enjoy peace of mind and enjoy the facilities of the estate.  The security booth at the entrance of the estate is accessed with an access card which you will receive on check in.  Guests will need to be signed in and security calls the apartment to authorize all visitors.
