Boutique Villa is a Guesthouse in the leafy suburb of Parel Vallei in Somerset West, close to the Winelands and Cape Town.
The owners have recently converted a 30 year old Manor House and Cottage into a warm and welcoming twelve bedroom guesthouse in the heart of the wine lands area of the Western Cape.
Accommodation at Boutique Villa:
All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, free wi-fi and all stay overs include a delicious buffet breakfast.
The Manor House has 12 rooms. We have 3 rooms on the ground floor; 1 Luxury Suite which is a large spacious room with en suite bathroom which has a bath and a shower. It has a quiet garden view and large archway separating the bathroom and bedroom. Also on the ground floor we have a Deluxe suite which has beautiful mountain views and smaller Standard Room that has all the amenities of a deluxe suite, suitable for the corporate traveler.
Upstairs we have 4 Deluxe suites that all have lovely views, either mountain or distant sea views. There is also another Luxury Suite upstairs which is our “honeymoon” suite, it has a private balcony over looking the pool and Helderberg Mountain. The room has a large en suite bathroom, including a bath and shower.
The Cottage is separate from the Manor House and has its own kitchenette and lounge area and has 4 rooms. There are 2 Standard rooms, 1 Deluxe Suite and 1 Budget Room. The Deluxe room has its own private entrance and small patio overlooking the pool.
All our rooms have mini- fridges, tea/ coffee stations, hair dryers, flat screen television with limited DSTV. As well as ample cupboard space, and each room has its own safe and WI-FI.
The bedrooms in the main house are very spacious and have mountain views. There is also a big garden with a large outdoor pool and sun loungers and outside seating for you to enjoy in summer. And for chilly winters, we have warm duvets, electric blankets and a big fireplace in the house to keep you warm and toasty.
We look forward to welcoming you to our family run guesthouse situated in the old leafy suburb of Parel Vallei in Somerset West. The beach and wine farms are very close by and Cape Town is only a 30 min drive away.
Somerset West is a lovely suburban town with a country feeling. There are beautiful wine estates and incredible restaurants. Somerset West is a good place to be for travelling, only 30 minutes away from the airport, 45 minutes from Cape Town and Hermanus in the other direction as well as being very close to Stellenbosch for some wine tasting. We are also just a 10 minute drive from the beach.
There is lots to do in the area, wine tasting, hiking, tours and many other activities in the neighboring towns such as visiting museums, going shark cage diving and game drives.
There tend to be hot dry summers and cool wet winters. Some days you might experience all 4 seasons in one day! So it is always best to take a jacket wherever you go.
Our smallest room - queen bed size: Luxury Bed and bedding, En-suite bathroom with shower, Colour television with Dstv, Tea/Coffee Making facilities, Mini-fridge in the room, Breakfast included, Shared kitchen and lounge/dining area.
Cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival for a full re-fund, thereafter we will charge 100% of the booking fee.
