The apartment takes up the bottom part of the house, the owners live in the top wooden structure. There is no access to the apartment from the top part of the house. The apartment has the lounge area opening onto the patio, via double glass doors.

Brenton Bushbuck Lodge offers a ground floor apartment below the owners main house, in the beautiful Brenton-on-sea. This quiet bay is situated on the other side of Knysnas Western Head and is surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.
This 2-bedroom apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a free-standing bath and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. The second room has a double bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
There is a fold-up bed available, suitable for a child or young small adult, should this be required, at an additional cost.
The well-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, double door fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and Espresso coffee machine.
The dining area has seating for 4 to 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy couch and 2 armchairs and a flat screen television, with the full premium DSTV package and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is also offered.
Cellphone reception inside the apartment is limited and weak, but THE Wi-Fi signal is good, so data-based communication, such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger calls are recommended. However, cellphone reception is good in the garden outside the apartment.
The property is home to 3 indoor/outdoor cats, Squidge, Trixie and Tyson respectively and a talkative African Grey parrot called Squawk. The cats usually avoid visitors and are generally excluded from the apartment, so should not affect anyone with allergies.
The African Grey lives in a large cage in the front garden and can be very entertaining from early morning. Brenton Bushbuck Lodge is frequently visited by Bushbuck and there are always scores of birds feeding in the garden.

A ceramic panel heater provides heating. This room is facing north/east and enjoys the morning sun.
The second room has a double bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a built-in cupboard with shelves and hanging space. A storage cupboard has a counter-top and a mirror attached to the wall and is as a dressing table. Faces north/west and enjoys afternoon sun.
Both rooms overlook the garden and open onto the lounge/dining area.
