In summer it can get very warm here in Kwazulu Natal.
For winter we would suggest jacket or jerseys as it does get cool in the evenings and early mornings.
The main lodge has 5 rooms inside a double story house, main lounge and dining area with wifi and a kitchen.
Next to the lodge is Umzimbeet family room which is close to the swimming pool.
The Cottage is separate from the lodge giving a lot of privacy and stunning views.
From Durban
Pongola/Johannesburg Side: Buffalo Hill is +/- 480km from O.R. Tambo International Airport on the N2, at the Mkuze town turn off turn right onto the P234 Bangonomo road. Once you have turned off the N2 travel about 1.1kms and take the first left dirt road onto the D240 and follow the road till you get to the gate to Manyoni Private Game Reserve. Once inside follow the road until you get the mangement offices on the right and take the very next right turn, from there travel strait till you get to a T junction (do not turn off this road.) Turn left and you should see the lodge up ahead.
We accept children of all ages.
