Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelling 29 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. - If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations or amendments to confirmed reservations as a result of the following, but not limited to: flight delays, date changes, meeting cancellations, civil unrest, protest action, road blocks, etc. will incur the following penalties:
- Forfeit 25% of the total reservation if the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival.
- Forfeit 100% of the total reservation if the reservation is cancelled 29 days or less before arrival.
- Forfeit 100% of the total activity if the activity is cancelled after payment.
Bushveld
Terrace reserves the right to deny any requests for refunds if a refund is applied for longer than 180 calendar days from the guest’s arrival date. Incomplete application forms or application forms not returned to Bushveld Terrace within this time frame will also be denied. This is in accordance with the Mastercard/Visa Global Ruling.
Bushveld Terrace reserves the right to charge 5% admin fee in the case of any cancellations or situations where funds need to be reversed either to credit card or EFT payment.

FROM GAUTENG
Follow the N1 to Polokwane for 480km.
Before Polokwane, follow the N1 to Louis Trichardt.
Follow the R71 to Phalaborwa.
Upon entering Phalaborwa continue straight on Hendrik van Eck Street towards the Kruger National Park entrance.
200m before the Phalaborwa gate entrance you will see Bushveld Terrace on your left hand side.
