Living Areas:
Stylish white oak flooring throughout compliments the beach-inspired furnishings along with the villa’s sophisticated surround-sound system tying the four distinct living areas together beautifully.
Seaview Lounge:
Eye-level views enjoyed from the sitting room’s plush sofa will keep you enthralled as whales frolic in the ocean during the season.
Fireside Reading Lounge:
Cooler days invite you to relax at the hearth, enjoying a good book or an easy-going board game with the family.
Floating Television Lounge:
Upstairs, a comfortable room with satellite cable television for some light entertainment. Should you wish to remain in touch with the modern world, there is complimentary Wi-Fi.
Sunset Bar:
Help yourself to a refreshing sun downer drink from the fully equipped Caribbean-inspired bar. Like all great waterholes, this is where the action is; a place to socialise and slake your thirst, preferably with a great view of the African sunset. This bar ticks all the boxes. Small wonder it is owners, Christine and Andrew’s best-loved room in the villa. As the light softens and shadows lengthen, share the time-honoured African tradition of sharing ‘sun downers’ with your favourite people.
Kitchen Areas:
The immaculate chef’s kitchen is the heart of this home replete with gorgeous views of Noordhoek Peak. A walk-in wine fridge and well-stocked Guest Pantry laden with delicious home-spun treats (included in the rate) are perfect for midnight feasts. Coffee-lovers breathe a collective sigh of relief at the sight of the Jura one-touch coffee machine. The indoor gas BBQ kitchen and second butler’s kitchen ensures that your plans of tucking into a delicious South African ‘braai’ are weatherproof.
Outdoor facilities:
Venture down the hidden path for direct access to Long Beach - an adventure lover’s dream. Swim, paddle, walk, run, surf, paraglide and horse ride. Return to the comfort of the villa and the gorgeous views extending over the Atlantic Ocean. Rinse off the sugary sand in the outdoor shower before taking a dip in the sparkling solar-heated swimming pool, hugged by the sun-drenched wraparound wooden deck. Below, the sunken barbeque terrace beckons with the promise of fun-filled social evenings spent around the fire.
