-  If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

No Smoking.  No Loud Noises.  Children need to be under parents supervision at all times.  No extra guests that have not been booked into the room.  You are liable for anything you break on the property.  Please make sure that you follow safety procedures such as locking up when you leave.  Please turn electrical items off once done using or when not in use.
