- If cancelling 5 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.

Terms and Conditions

- The guest house operates on a bed and breakfast basis and except for laundry and internet does not provide or arrange other services such as dinner, transport, tours, functions, events, parties or conferences.
- Rates are subject to the number of people that occupy a unit.
- Persons over the age of 12 years are considered as adults.
- Check in time is between 16:00 and 19:00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
- No check-in will be made after 22:00.
- This is necessary to ensure the security, comfort and well being of other guests.
- In order to consider other guests and neighbors’ comfort, we do not allow music, loud talking, or noise of any kind.
- Check out time is between 06:30 and 10:00 unless prior arrangements have been made.
- No check-out later than 13:00. This is to enable the room to be prepared in time for new arrivals.
- Extras such as additional meals, laundry, beverages, telephone calls, etc. are excluded.
- The credit card used to make the booking needs to be presented at check-in as well as a copy of the card-holder’s ID/Passport.

Directions:

Directions from OR Tambo International AirportTo Clubview Guest House We are approximately 45min drive away from the airport Take the R21 highway to Pretoria when you exit from the OR Thambo airport. Drive for approximately 35 km on the R21 highway to Pretoria . Take the offramp for the N1 South highway in the direction of Johannesburg. Continue for approximately 8km straight on the N1 South. The highway will then fork, the left (N1) going to Johannesburg which you must not take. You must continue as if you are going to Krugersdorp (R28/N14). A short distance from the fork there is an offramp 124B to Pretoria which you must take. You will now be on the N14/R28/M1 highway going to Pretoria. Continue for approximately 8km and take the Jean Avenue Centurion off ramp. At the traffic light at the end of the off-ramp turn left into Lyttelton Road and change to the right lane. Watch out for the brown information route signs for Clubview Guest House. Continue for 0.5km and you will come to a traffic light intersection with Von Willich Road where you must turn right. Drive for 100 meters to an intersection with Durham Road and turn left Drive for 150 meters to an intersection with London Avenue and turn right. The entrance to the guest house is 50 meters away.
