The Suite has a twin bedded air-conditioned bedroom with extra length beds set together. It has two bathrooms en-suite, one with a large open shower, the other with a face to face Victorian bath.
It also has a separate lounge and a large balcony with views across Table Mountain, the Peninsula, Sandvlei Lake, and False Bay.
CHINESE SUITE
This is an Executive Suite with a large air-conditioned bedroom with a Four Poster King-size extra-length bed.
It has a bathroom en-suite with a Victorian bath/telephone shower and separate marble shower. There is a separate lounge and a large balcony with views of Table Mountain and Cape Peninsula.
NEW SUITE
This is an executive suit, all marble and glass from floor to ceiling. Four-Posted King-size bed (2m x 2m) and lounge. MOGUL SUITE
This is an Executive Suite with an air-conditioned twin bedded bedroom. The marble en-suite bathroom has a large open shower.
There is large lounge and separate dressing room. The views from the patio span from Table Mountain, across Sandvlei Lake, the Cape Peninsula and False Bay.
SAFARI SUITE
This is a three bedded family Suite. It has three alcoves, one is the entrance/lounge, another is a Bedroom with a Queen size bed, and the other has a single bed leading onto a bathroom en-suite with a large shower and a separate Victorian face to face bath.
It has views across Sandvlei Lake, the Cape Peninsula, False Bay and the sea.
GREEN ROOM
This is a Superior Room with large 3/4 twin beds, a bathroom en-suite with a large open adjustable shower.
It enjoys a large conservatory and a private balcony overlooking the garden, Sandvlei Lake and the sea through the trees.
MOROCCAN ROOM
This is a Superior Bedroom: a mini Suite with a Queen size bed and sitting area.
It has a separate dressing area and a separate shower room. It has a patio with views across Sandvlei Lake and the Peninsula.
All major tourist attractions and sporting facilities are within easy reach. For the more energetic, venture on picturesque mountain walks amongst the wild flora through the Muizenberg and Silvermine ranges and on exciting rock climbing for the experienced mountaineer.
Below, on Sandvlei Lake, there are many boating activities, such as yachting, windsurfing and canoeing. There are four golf courses within easy reach.
Cruises or deep sea fishing trips can be arranged out of Hout Bay harbour. False Bay is famous for its whales and, at Boulders Beach, a colony of almost tame penguins are always on parade.
The Cape Point Nature Reserve is within an easy driving distance with its selection of wildlife and birds.
Find a touch of history in the various museums, art galleries, and buildings of historical interest. Discover many craft shops in the towns nearby, or visit the small fishing harbour at Kalk Bay offering fresh catches every day.
Simon`s Town the Naval Base has much to offer the inquisitive visitor, and can be reached by train, a scenic ride along the beach front. Reservations can be made for the many excellent restaurants in the area.
In the winter months the house is heated throughout to make you comfortable. For special atmosphere, settle down around one of two beautiful open hearth log fires and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
After leaving the airport, follow the sign to the N2 in the direction of Cape Town.
Continue until the road starts to rise at the foot of Table Mountain, at this point you should take the off ramp signposted to M3 Muizenberg.
You should continue on this road, known as De Waal Drive, to the end. At the end of the highway turn to the left and at the junction with Main Road (M4) turn right.
Proceed until there is a slight bend in the road to the left, at this point turn right into Boyes Drive, the directional sign indicates M75 Kalk Bay.
The road rises and travels along the mountain contour, continue until you reach a left hand turning signposted to Muizenberg.
At this point there is a directional sign to Colona Castle. Turn left into this road, named Old Boyes Drive, and continue down until you reach a hairpin bend.
At this point, turn off to the left and keep to the upper road, Vwewood Street. There is also another directional sign to Colona Castle.
