Coral Tides is a recently renovated, luxurious beachfront retreat located in the charming town of Southport, KwaZulu-Natal, on the KZN South Coast near Port Shepstone. Perfect for larger groups, this spacious property accommodates up to 18 guests across the main house, which features four bedrooms, and a separate two-bedroom flatlet, all situated on one property.
The 4 bedrooms in the main house are generously serviced with five bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suite while the 5th bathroom is available for any daytime visitors. All bathrooms have been designed to the highest of modern standards. All showers within the property are extra-large and fitted with bi–slider shower doors, Italian tiles, Sanware and Mixers, while all bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans and full-size cupboards.
The flatlet at Coral Tides is designed for overflow guests from the main house. It includes 2 bedrooms, serviced by 1 bathroom, along with an open-plan lounge and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, mini bar fridge, crockery, and cutlery (without a stove). A dditionally, the flatlet has a sleeper couch that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. The open-plan design of the lounges, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room at Coral Tides leads through vista stacking doors to an impressive 200m² patio and pool deck.
The entertainment area features its bar, dining space, and outdoor braai facilities, offering the perfect setting for social gatherings. Coral Tides provides ample parking and paved areas for rainy days. The property is fully fenced with an automated driveway gate, pet-friendly beams, a state-of-the-art alarm system, slam-lock gates, and custom-made burglar bars for added security.
Additionally, it features two 5000L water tanks, one for harvesting rainwater and the other for storing municipal water. At Coral Tides, we know that, aside from occasional trips for groceries and drinks, you’ll never need to start your car during your entire stay.
