We have en suite double rooms with air-conditioning and secure parking. Facilities include M-Net, DSTV, study tables, wireless internet access, personal safe, snack bar and fridge and fully equipped kitchenette in House Sparrow.
The dining room has a 10 seater table with server and a coach. Breakfast and dinner were served from the dining room area. Outside the guesthouse have 3 different garden set tables with a Weber for barbeque. The garden has a beautiful lawn and large trees for shading, all the rooms have one under shade parking, with remote control gates and a security guard on the premises.
We do shuttles from O.R Tambo International Airport daily.

Swamp Warbler
This Beautiful Queen size bedroom is on the second level of the guest house, and stairs have to be used to reach the room. The room has a sleeper coach the can sleep two. Tiptol Flats
This flat has a beautiful double bed room, with a separate room that has a single bed and a sleeper couch that can sleep two. The flat has an en suite shower bathroom. The flat has a Kitchenette with a 3 plated oven, kettle, toaster, and bar fridge, with a basin. The flat has a private entrance from the front of the guest house and a second entrance from inside the guest house. The flat has the following extra facilities: DSTV, M-net, Air conditioning, Study table, Wireless Internet, personal safe, and a snack bar and fridge.
House Sparrow
This flat consists of a double bedroom with a sleeper couch that can sleep two, an ensuite shower bathroom, a lounge, open plan kitchen. The kitchen has a high level oven with 4 plate stove and oven, 1,5m fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and 2 high chairs with a breakfast nook. The flat have a private entrance at the back of the guesthouse with a garden in front. This flat has a double bedroom with a sleeper couch that can sleep two, with an en suite shower bathroom. In the bathroom there is walk in cupboards. Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Directions:
From Johannesburg take the N1 Polokwane/Pretoria turn off and keep going. Turn left at the Atterbury/ Menlyn turn-off.
At Atterbury street turn left and continue for 300m, then turn left into Charles Street, we are No 211.
