Large Units
These luxurious, spacious, 90m, modern 2 bedroom units, are fully furnished (lots of rare yellow wood) and equipped for up to 8 people and includes: DSTV (family package), Wi-Fi Internet, microwave, washing machine etc. Sleeps 7 people max, 5 adults comfortably. (Queen Bed, 2 x bunk beds, 1 x single bed and 1 double sleeper couch.) In line with our green strategy, which includes rainwater harvesting, isolated roofs, -walls, -floors and gas ovens and geysers, as well as grey water irrigation, the units are only equipped with a single bathroom that incorporates a large shower to conserve water. Complete with undercover parking, patio/braai area, private yard/garden, and private laundry room / storage area.

Extra Large Units
These luxurious, spacious, 110m, modern 2 bedroom units, are fully furnished (lots of rare yellow wood) and equipped for up to 12 people and includes: DSTV (family package), Wi-Fi Internet, microwave, washing machine etc. Sleeps 9 people max, 6 adults comfortably. (Queen Bed, 2 x bunk beds, 1 x single bed and 2 double sleeper couches.) In line with our green strategy, which includes rainwater harvesting, isolated roofs, -walls, -floors and gas ovens and geysers, as well as grey water irrigation, the units are only equipped with a single bathroom that incorporates a large shower to conserve water. Complete with undercover parking, patio/braai area, private yard/garden, and private laundry room / storage area.

Guest House or Exclusive Villa (Mercia)
This luxurious, spacious, over 500m, modern 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom, guest house, is fully furnished and equipped for up to 30 people and includes: DSTV (family package), Wi-Fi Internet, microwave, washing machine, full kitchen and scullery.

Special features includes: Lounge Area which is an old original Dutch farm house (Hartebeeshuisie over 200 years old), indoor- and outdoor braai areas, 2 dining areas and 2 lounge areas, the beautiful house contains much valuable art, antique furniture, as well as over 30 tons of Cape yellowwood (all bed bases, some beams and many unique furnishings etc). Huge private garden with Koi pond. Complete with undercover parking, and private laundry room / storage area. Breathtaking views and lots of private areas.

All on suite rooms have a bar fridge and television. All rooms have a kettle, tea & coffee, cups, glasses, hairdryer, dressing table, plenty of cupboards and drawers, art works.

As an exclusive Villa, Mercia can bed 22 people max, 20 adults comfortably.
