All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 21 to 15 days prior to arrival: forfeit 25 % of the deposit
- 14 to 4 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50 % of the deposit
- 3 to 1 days prior to arrival, no show as well as early departure: forfeit 100 % of the deposit
Credit card and banking fees may be debited for cancellations according to costs.
