Everything is free range and organic with no antibiotics, no poison, no growth hormones, no nothing. We also have an earthworm operation producing worm castings on a continuous basis which is then spread all over the grazing, veggies and vineyard to help maintain a healthy eco system. The earthworms form the basis of our input to nature.
Come and join us in our venture to experience a symbiance between man and nature while producing produce that benefits both.

Die Peper Huisie
This little cottage is probably the oldest building on the farm and is very special to us. It has been renovated to retain a feeling of old-school simplicity and charm. In keeping with ourgreenvision for De Kombuys, the cottage has no electricity. Hot water and cooking facilities are powered by gas; oil lamps, candles and a fireplace provide light and heat, as well as a remarkably snug atmosphere in the darkness of a Karoo night. The cottage has an open-plan living area with a double bed and small kitchenette, and an adjacent bathroom with shower. A large, secluded patio with braai facilities lead from the front door. This option is perfect for honeymooners, or for artists who are looking for inspiration in the seclusion of the farm landscape.
