The Apartments
De Leeuwenhof Estates Luxury Apartment at the manor house. This room is ideal for families, couples, individuals or business travellers. This unit can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12. There are 2 of these units available. High ceilings, period features and ornate style furniture add chic to the lounge quarter of the apartment.

In addition, The Apartments offers a Nespresso Coffee Machine, Fully Stocked Minibar fridge, Coffee machine, Private Solar heated swimming pool (shared with other apartment) and is double story.

The Barnyard
De Leeuwenhof Estate Barnyard is a Luxury Bedroom Suite which is ideal for couples, individuals or business travellers. The room sleeps a maximum of 2 persons per unit. The Barnyard is appointed with Twin Bed accommodation. There are 4 Units available. Our Barnyard rooms express a unique African feel and are appealingly restored with an En-suite and twin basin and shower room. A convenient kitchenette is also available for your convenience.

In addition, The Barnyard offers underfloor heating in bathroom and a fully Stocked Minibar fridge.

The Stables
De Leeuwenhof Estate Luxury Stable Room is ideal for, couples, individuals or business travellers. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons per unit. There are 4 Units available. The room features 2 Twin Beds.

The En-suite - The en-suite rooms are fitted with expected amenities. For our guests satisfaction and convenience, the shower is equipped with a double head and complimentary miniature amenities are provided for in each bathroom. The linen and bath towels are changed daily.

The Garden Cottages
De Leeuwenhof Estate 1 Bed Luxury Garden Cottage or Suite is perfect for couples, the individual s, or leisure or business travellers. Our location is nestled within a short distance to several romantic and beautiful wine tasting venues. Our neighbouring towns include Wellington, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons per unit. There are 4 Units available. For extra decadence, high ceilings, period features and ornate style furniture add chic to the lounge quarter of the apartment.

The En-suite - Every room of the De Leeuwenhof Cottages comes standard with an en-suite which leads off from the main bedroom. The shower rooms are fitted with expected amenities and for your indulgence a double head shower. Complimentary miniature amenities are provided for in each bathroom. The linen and bath towels are changed daily.

In addition, The Garden Cottages offers a fully stocked MiniBar fridge, fully functioning kitchenette with Gas stove, microwave, Coffee machine and private parking.

Dining at the Estate:
De Leeuwenhof offers 10 luxury rooms and 4 one-bedroom luxury cottages and 2 family apartments, 2 pools and restaurant, ample safe parking inside our premises and perfect free Wi-Fi uncapped high speed.
All rooms are equipped with Air conditioners, coffee and tea station, flat screen television and top speed wireless internet connection. All rooms have twin beds and have en-suite bathroom with double head showers.
We also offer secure parking for your vehicles.
The breakfast is served around the pool on a big terrace and it is a full breakfast hot and cold, with croissants and home baked breads.
Dinner is served from October until April and it is a seasonal Restaurant. Every evening there is a different set menu from Starter, Main to Dessert. If there is anything on the menu that doesn’t suit your taste buds, please do not hesitate to ask for an alternative option and we will have a look and see how we can accommodate you.
We are highly rated for our peaceful and relaxing atmosphere during the dinner service and we trust that you will have the same experience.


Tour Tasting Braai evening
Weekly we have a Tour Tasting Braai evening around the open fire by the big swimming pool.
A historic wine tour around the grounds of De Leeuwenhof will start around 18h00 or if a different time has been agreed upon, management will inform you in advance. After this we will enjoy a tasting of the different wines that De Leeuwenhof has collected from various farms in our area.
The main part of a Traditional South African Braai is of course the sitting around the fire, with your legs up on the ledge and staring into the flames, while having a delicious glass of wine and good conversation.
The Braai is served Buffet style, but this will be explained to you on the evening
** The Braai can only be arranged for a minimum of 6 persons.
** Children are welcome but will be considered and Adult unless discussed with management beforehand.
