Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. - If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. - If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
Terms and Conditions
eBundu Lodge has been closed for business as per national instruction. We are starting to open our hotels in a phased response to business traveler demand as South Africa moves to Level 3 alert of the lockdown from 22nd June 2020. All hotel teams are on standby to reopen on short notice as demand dictates. During the revised lockdown period of Level 3, that began on 1 June 2020 and continuing until declared differently, functions will not be fully operation meaning not all staff is back. The COVID-19 protocol that we have put in place in eBundu Lodge is for the safety and reassurance of staff and guests. This protocol is outlined below, followed by the business & essential services hotel and quarantine hotel protocols.
Check in time from 14h00 daily.
Check out time is 10h00 on morning of departure.
Guests are requested to advise of any arrival after 18h00, failing which the reservation will be cancelled.
Due to Covid-19 our current working hours are 07h00 to 20h00 daily.
Guests are allowed to leave their rooms to go to their respective places of work and return. During Level 3 several of our facilities are off limits, as per government regulations, including the leisure facilities, boardroom, conference room and restaurant seated area. The kitchen will have very strictly controlled limited use. Guests are encouraged to take their meals in the comfort of their hotel room. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
The restaurant remains closed on level 3.Meals will still not be offered. Guests are encouraged to pre-order drinks ‘on the go’ or in the comfort of their hotel room. Food may be ordered in for delivery from local takeaway restaurants.
Directions:
From Nelspruit - 10min
Take the R40 North to White River. Pass the Riverside Mall and continue for approximately 5km. You will see our Sign Boards pointing to the entrance on the right.
From KMIA - 15min
When leaving the Airport, at the T Junction turn right towards White River. Continue to the next T Junction and take the slip road to the Left. Follow this road all the way to the R40, main White River Road. Take the slip road to the left. Pass through Rocky's Drift and our signboards appear soon thereafter on the left.
From Johannesburg / Pretoria (3.5 hours)
Take N12 or N4 Highway respectively to Witbank and then follow N4 Highway through Belfast and Machadodorp. After the Machado Plaza Toll follow the Schoemanskloof option on the N4 towards Nelspruit. Turn left where you rejoin the main N4 at Montrose and continue to Nelspruit. At Nelspruit, where you meet the R40, turn left and follow instructions from Nelspruit above.

NB There are now two toll plazas on the N4, Middelburg and Machadodorp. There is an additional toll between Pretoria and Witbank for those not using the N12 from Johannesburg.
