Directions to Elandsvlei Estate from Pretoria: Take the N1 North towards Polokwane. You will pass 3 tolls. After the 3rd toll booth, it’s about +-29 km to exit 289 for Mookgopong on the R101. Be careful not to miss the exit, as a GPS can sometimes be wrong here! In Mookgopong turn LEFT at the 2nd robot (at WALTKON VLEIS) then go straight for +-12km until you come to a T-stop. Go LEFT at the T-stop for 500m and then turn RIGHT immediately (past the OLIFANT RESTAURANT). Drive straight for +-20km until you come to a dirt road, then turn LEFT towards VAALWATER (there is also a sign that says ZAAGKUIL). After 7km there is a crossroads, turn LEFT. After +-7km you will see a sign that says “road closed”, turn RIGHT at this sign. 3km farther is a thatched roof entrance to our farm ELANDSVLEI.
