Fifth Avenue Beach House is perfectly positioned a mere one hundred meters from Port Elizabeth`s magnificent sandy beaches, and offers spacious accommodation in rooms with entrances onto a secluded tropical garden.
Facilities include patios overlooking two palm-fringed swimming pools, private lounges, and two breakfast areas. Also available in the grounds are two fully equipped self-catering flats for long-let. The owners also offer a trendy art-deco house in the quiet coastal village of Cape St Francis, 110 km west of Port Elizabeth.

Rooms overlooking the pool courtyard and lush gardens have private entrances, and there are rooms in the double-storey house. All rooms are stylishly decorated, en suite, and have telephones, TV, tea & coffee facilities, fridge, and hairdryer.
All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom some with both bath and shower. Enjoy excellent personal service while having breakfast overlooking the central pool.

Activities available:
We are within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment centres, and have easy access to motorways. Were also only 10 mins from PE airport, close to the University; Humewood Golf Course; and other facilities, making us an ideally located guesthouse. Water sports are amongst the most popular pastimes in the Port Elizabeth area, and its no surprise considering we have the fourth best weather in the world!
Visit Port Elizabeths many old buildings, discover our history, and taste a little of our past We can arrange city tours with pick-ups and drop off from our guesthouse.
Our local Oceanarium, a short drive from us, has an underwater observation area and various tanks hosting forty different species of fish. You can also see sharks, stingrays, and visit the dolphin research centre. Visitors to the twice-daily dolphin show can be photographed with a dolphin.
Game Reserves abound in the region, which is known as the Eastern Cape game belt. Each offers something unique, and all have a good variety of wildlife that is easily viewed during game drives.

am probably one of the few who will be lenient and not necessarily stick 100% to it. Definitely last minute cancellation will not refund.

Directions from airport:
1. Turn right into Allister Miller Drive and continue to main beachfront.
2. Turn right at traffic lights. Sea will be on left.
3. Turn right just before Marine Protea Hotel into Fifth Avenue. 1st double-storey on right - Number 3.
Ring bell at small gate between flag poles.
Directions from Cape Town:
1. Take R102 - Cape Road/Kaapweg exit.
2. Keep on R102 - it will eventually lead you onto M4 Summerstrand.
3. Follow M4 signs along main beachfront. 4. As 3 above.
