All cancellations must be made in writing and cancellations less than 7 days prior to supposed arrival forfeit the full total of accommodation.

Should a cancellation occur the following conditions apply.

- Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival: forfeit 100% cancellation fee
- Cancellation 7-14 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation 14-28 days prior to arrival: forfeit 20% cancellation fee

Directions:

From Cape Town International airport:
Follow the N2 Highway towards the City.
As you enter the city, you will pass Groote Schuur hospital on your right; keep to the right as the road divides.
Take the Strand Street off-ramp and travel through the city on Strand Street, which becomes High Level Road.
At the end of the road (T-Junction), turn right onto Avenue Fresnaye.
Take the Second left onto Kloof Road.
Grande Kloof is number 69 on the left hand side of Kloof Road.
Turn left into Avenue La Croix - black gate on the RIGHT hand side of Avenue La Croix.
The gate guard will open the gate on your arrival (corner of Kloof Road and Avenue La Croix).
