This warm and inviting home, with a wonderful ambience, is beautifully decorated and furnished. Haus Holzapfel offers two sunny and bright suites which accommodate two to four people.
The newly opened en suite double room has a double bed with extra length and accommodates max two adults. For families up to six persons we offer our newly built Karopa Self Catering House with three luxury bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms, kitchen with granite tops, dining room with leather couch, fully air conditioned, big Plasma DSTV, Wifi, braai, secure parking, which is just 1.5km away from the main guesthouse.
The suites have their own fully equipped kitchenettes with crockery, cutlery, glassware, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a patio which leads out onto the beautiful garden and to the saltwater swimming pool.
Enjoy breakfast or magnificent sundowners in the privacy of your own secluded garden and patio whilst listening to the birdsong and revel in the peace and tranquility that Haus Holzapfel offers. From there you can also see the Swartberge on the horizon.
On request your kitchenette will be fully stocked with breakfast cereals, yoghurt, tea, filter coffee, milk, sugar, juice, bread, butter, jams, cheese and sliced meat. Enjoy a self serve Continental Breakfast on your own patio overlooking the Swartberge.

Suite 1 has a German king-size bed, a double sleeper couch and laminated flooring.
Our guests sleep on 100% cotton bed linen, as well as anti-allergic duvets and pillows.

The modern styled en-suite bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower with natural slate tiles. tiled flooring. Our guests sleep on 100% cotton bed linen, as well as anti-allergic duvets and pillows.

Double Room 3
Our third room opened in December 2008.
It is a double room (double bed with extra length) with private entrance. Our guests sleep on 100% German cotton linen as well as anti-allergic duvets and pillows. The room has a modern en-suite bathroom with a toilet, basin, big shower, towels, and toiletries.
A kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities (with a coffee machine & german filter coffee) and cutlery is included. The room is air conditioned with the newest technology, under tile heating, German uPVC window and door, tiled floor, under floor heating, LCD Flat screen TV with DSTV. Free Broadband Wireless (WiFi) & cable Internet Access, international plugs, off-street parking and a huge salt-water swimming pool.
Karopa Self Catering Houses
KAROPA opened in December 2009 and is famous for its cleanliness and German standard on quality.
It is situated in the up market, secure, peaceful and quiet area of Beaufort West. KAROPA is 2km away from the N1 Highway, so that your stay will not be affected by the drone of vehicle on the N1.
The family-friendly accommodation is fully air conditioned and offers secure parking.
This luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the modern conveniences.
The modern main bedroom has a queen size bed with extra length and a balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with extra length and also a balcony.
The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with extra length.
Beautiful bathrooms with bath, shower, toilet and basin are waiting for you.
All bedding and towels are supplied.
An air-conditioned/heated open plan kitchen, lounge with leather couches and dining room is the ideal place to relax with your family and friends. There is also a big flat Plasma-TV.
