Kevacy Farm Lodge

Kevacy Farm Lodge is a hidden gem found outside of Clarens a small town situated in the Free State Province of South Africa.

Whether it is a special occasion with friends and family, an adventure, a sports event, a work function or simply seeking peace and tranquility, our luxury lodge is suitable.  You can self-cater or chat to us about catering options.

The original farmhouse dates to the late 1800’s and history is tangible and in evidence.  This much-loved dwelling has so much to offer.  Each of the four en suite bedrooms are unique and full of charm and character, airconditioned and heated blankets in winter.  The beds are king size, but upon request you can opt for twin beds.  The sumptuous kitchen flows into a dining and seating area, the central feature being the log fireplace and is conducive to social gatherings creating long lasting memories.

There are three lounges, one with the choice of DSTV and Netflix and the second lounge has a stocked library to suit all ages and most tastes and is equipped with a smart television and DVD player.  A choice of DVD’s are available as well as card and board games.  The third lounge is cosy and is adjacent to one of the bedrooms and is equipped with its own gas fireplace and sleeper couch.

An outside dining area with a braai facility overlooks the wood burning hot tub.  A front stoep is a place to stretch on an inviting couch for an afternoon nap.  The kitchen is well equipped with a large Smeg oven and gas cooker, dish washer, hot trays, air-fryer, blender and juicer.  On site laundry.  Daily servicing is an option and by arrangement.

Main Room - Enjoy the afternoon sun in this beautiful main bedroom.  This room has a private lounge with a gas fire place and a gorgeous en suite bathroom with both bath and shower.

Green Room  -  The name says it all. Freshly decorated with green.  The en suite bathroom enjoys a shower.

Yellow Room  -  A delightful front of the house bedroom.  A bright sunny decorated bedroom.  Step down into the ens uite bathroom which enjoys a large Victorian style bath. 

Sean’s Room  -  A little bit retro!  Stunning en suite bathroom with both bath and shower.  Step out onto your private stoep to enjoy glorious sunsets whilst sipping on a sundowner.

The sumptuous kitchen flows into a dining and seating area, the central feature being the log fireplace.  An outside dining area with a braai facility overlooks the wood burning hot tub.  There are three comfortable lounges stocked with books, dvd’s, board games and also allow access to DSTV and Netflix.

The braai area even offers a wood burning hot tub.  Tracy Jane Loco Food Locally sourced food combined with a passion come together to create an array of delicious meals and treats to suit everyone’s taste.

The farm is teaming with life.  We will provide you with a list of game, wildlife and bird life endemic and seen at Kevacy Farm.  And the farm offers an abundance of impressive view spots from where to enjoy the sun setting in the west.
