King Georges Guest House - This splendid Tudor styled house can be found in the exclusive suburb of Mill Park. Built in 1915 by an Ostrich feather merchant, it has been lovingly restored to its former glory.
It is furnished throughout with yellow wood and Oregon pine. The twelve en-suite bedrooms are beautifully decorated with colorful fabrics, original paintings and antique furniture. Each spacious bedroom boasts of it`s own charm and some have private entrances.
Guests have exclusive use of the elegant lounge areas, honesty bar, pool and braai area in the superb garden with beautiful cycads.
Full English breakfasts are served in the dining room and dinners upon request are very popular with our business guests.
Secure parking and with in five minuets drive from the airport, beaches, golf courses, Greenacres shopping complex, hospitals and a brisk walk to St George`s park and excellent restaurants.

From Cape Town:
On entering the city limits on the N2, follow the directions to St Georges cricket Stadium. (Kaapweg off ramp), once on the interchange, keep to the right lane, which will take one onto Cape Road, Continue on Cape Road, travelling eastwards, for approximately 8kms. The best landmark to watch out for is Greenacres Hospital, on the left.
Continue in the right hand lane and turn sharp right into Rosebery Ave at the five way intersection. (Spar is on your right.) after which, within 200m, turn right into King Georges Rd at the traffic lights.
King Georges Guest House is the Tudor Styled house on the corner.
From Grahamstown, East London:
On entering the city on the N2 take the Setlaarsweg or Airport interchange, Take Albany Rd off-ramp. Turn right into King Georges Rd at the traffic lights after crossing Cape Road at the five way intersection.(4th set of traffic lights coming up Albany Rd).

From the airport:
As you leave the airport turn left into Alister Miller Rd (M11). Turn left at the traffic lights into Heugh Rd
Turn right into 6th Avenue (there is a shopping centre on your right) and right into Targetkloof (at the T junction)
King Georges Rd is left at the first traffic lights up the hill
