Our stunning chalets are located in the award winning Kruger Park Lodge - Golf Safari SA in Hazyview. All 3 of our chalets can comfortably accommodate 6 adults each and can be rented on a self catering basis both individually or together (they are neighboring chalets, so ideal for a group or large family).

Chalet 229 is the ideal option for a family with small children that would prefer to take the extra safety precaution of not having water at your doorstep. All 3 chalets offer you your own wooden private viewing-deck with a built-in braai (BBQ) to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. The chalet has 3 cozy bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed while the two guest rooms both have two single beds each. The loft area furthermore has a bunk bed which is a feature that creates a lot of excitement amongst children. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom two with showers and one with a bath. The fully equipped open plan kitchenette is complete with all of your every day electrical appliances.
Chalet 233 is perfectly tucked away to ensure that the only invasion of privacy is the sound of local bird life, vervet monkeys and skittish impala. Self-cater in this fully equipped chalet that offers 3 large windowed bedrooms, main bedroom with a double bed and two guest rooms each with two single beds. The open-plan loft area has a bunk bed for children and its own TV. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (two showers and one bath in total). Chalet 234 is arguably our guests favourite chalet. It has lounge and main bedroom that open onto a wooden deck which is both on the brim and overlooking a dam. This chalet like our others is immaculately clean, has 3 comfortable and well appointed bedrooms & 3 en-suite bathrooms (two with howers and one with a bath). Beautiful surroundings, inviting ambience of homeliness making this the perfect spot to re-energize yourself.
All our chalets each have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living. They are all self-catering.

Kruger Park Lodge is situated in Hazyview which is central to many tourist attractions such as the Kruger National Park (10 km to Phabeni Gate, 15 km to Numbi Gate), God`s Window (50 km away) Mac-Mac Falls (60 km), Pilgrim`s Rest (55 km), Blyde River Canyon, Three Rondavels, Bourke`s Luck and many more.
KPL is close to a major shopping centre that has most well known chain stores as well as a large Pick n Pay and Spar. Furthermore there are a number of lovely restaurants close by, ranging from Italian to traditional cuisine.
The resort is situated along the Sabie River and has beautifully maintained and landscaped gardens combined with a 9 hole Gary Player golf course and driving range. Impalas are allowed to roam freely and there is even a wooden viewing deck at one of the many dams where one can enjoy watching hippos and many different bird species.
The resort is a very romantic place but also has exceptional facilities for children, such as swimming pools, trampolines, mini golf, a pool table, volley ball court, tennis courts (oneofwhich is flood lit), table tennis and an abundance of open space including walking trails. There is 24 h security and the entire resort is fenced off.
Other activities that can be enjoyed in the area are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, curio shops and a cultural village. There is an elephant sanctuary, the Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre and Cheetah Rehabilitation Centre near Hoedspruit.
Adventure activities include abseiling, a gorge swing, quad biking, horse riding, mountain biking, rock wall climbing, hiking, river rafting and paint ball. To view this stunning area from a different angle, hot air balloon and helicopter trips can be booked or alternatively spa and beauty treatments can be enjoyed.
From Johannesburg travel along the N4 to Witbank and then further to Nelspruit. In Nelspruit turn left at the 3rd traffic light into Gen Dan Pienaar Road, proceed on the R40 towards White River (19km).
As you enter White River, into Chief Khumalo Drive (old Kruger Park Street), proceed down the main road and turn left at the 4th traffic light into Theo Kleynhans Street, towards Hazyview.
Continue for 45km on the R40 until you reach a T-junction. Turn left to Hazyview. At the 2nd traffic light turn right into Portia Shabangu Road (old Kruger Gate Road). Kruger Park Lodge is 800M from the stop sign, on your left hand side. Hazyview is approximately 400 km from Johannesburg and only 60 km from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport.
