If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
Payment Terms:
- La Maison On Main is a cash-free environment, unfortunately, we do not accept any cash and or cheque payments.
- Rates are quoted in South African Rand.
Rates include 15% VAT.
- Bookings are considered confirmed on receipt of payment, and full prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
- We require a valid ID/Passport with proof of payment to secure your booking.
Cancellation:
- Reservations are only considered as cancelled if received in writing and confirmed by Owners in writing.
- Reservations cancelled in less than 30 days prior to arrival carries a 100% cancellation fee on the full booking value.
- In event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
- In the event of a “no show”, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and no refund will be given.
Indemnity:
- The owners and management of La Maison On Main cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property or for any possessions of guests.
- Children of all ages must be under adult supervision as we have open water feature and lap pool on site.
Children and Extra Beds:
Children between 0 to 2 stay for free (we supply camping cot and feeding chair)
Children between 3 to 12 pay an extra rate per child per night, limited
to one child per room and a maximum of 2.
