Leighwood Lodge offers two common lounge areas situated in the main house. Our formal lounge offers a peaceful, sunny environment where guests are welcome to relax after work or a hard days shopping.
If you prefer, you can also find a comfy armchair and choose from a wide selection of books in our informal lounge. Our swimming pool, situated a few steps from the front door, and our covered patio provide the perfect summer environment to relax and cool off with an evening cocktail.
Full breakfasts are served daily, on the patio weather permitting, or indoors in front of a roaring log fire. Dinner is available on request.
Business services include wireless internet, fax and photocopying facilities, to keep guests in contact with the outside world while in a tranquil environment.

Our rooms, each overlooking our lush landscaped garden, were designed with luxury, comfort and space in mind. Clean lines and luxurious furnishings combined with crisp white linen give our rooms a sense of light and space that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg life.
Rooms feature over-size bathrooms and luxurious extra-length king sized beds, as well as a business area that acts as both a work and relaxation space.

Deposit - 50% of the total reservation amount due, to be paid within 3 days of making the booking in order to confirm.
In the event of cancellation:
- More than 14 days prior to date of arrival, 50% of the deposit is forfeited:
- Between 14 and 7 days prior to date of arrival, 75% of the deposit is forfeited
- Less than 7 days prior to date of arrival, 100% of the deposit is forfeited
Directions from O.R. Tambo International Airport to Leighwood Lodge
After leaving the airport, follow the R24/ JOHANNESBURG sign.
At approx 10 kms, keep left and follow the M2/ JOHANNESBURG/ DURBAN/ KIMBERLY sign.
At approx 15 kms, keep left and follow the M2/ JOHANNESBURG/ GERMISTON sign.
Very soon, two signs will appear: M2/ GERMISTON and M2/ JOHANNESBURG. Follow the M2/ JOHANNESBURG sign, which forks to the right.
Follow the M2/ CITY sign, pass the Slovo Drive off-ramp in the downtown area and then follow the M1/ SANDTON/ PRETORIA sign.
At approx 30 kms, take the M27/ Jan Smuts Avenue off-ramp (after the Empire Road off-ramp ).
Turn left at the traffic lights onto Jan Smuts Avenue and follow the M27/ Rosebank sign.
Go through the traffic lights at the Jan Smuts/ Bolton Road intersection, at approx 34 kms.
At the top of a slight hill you will see Standard Bank on your left. Turn left at this intersection/ traffic lights into 7th Avenue and take the 2nd road right into 2nd Avenue.
Go through two small circles and Leighwood Lodge is No 41, on your left.
