Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations within 1 to 7 days before arrival will be liable for full payment.
- Cancellations received between 8 and 21 days before the date of arrival will result in 50 percent of the deposit forfeited.
- Cancellations 22 and 30 days a 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellations more than 30 days will attract a fee of 5% of the deposit to cover banking and administration costs.

From East London / Grahamstown, take the M4 (Airport / Mount Road Intersection). Cross over Govan Mbeki Avenue and continue past the circle up the steep hill.
Cross over Cape Road at the traffic lights into Mill Park Road From the Airport, turn left out of the Airport up 3rd Avenue. Turn left into Heugh Road.
Turn right at the next traffic light (6th Avenue).
Turn right at the Target Kloof T-junction (second traffic light).
Turn left at Cape Road (second traffic light).
