50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room/s. We recommend that all travellers take out cancellation insurance.
From Cape Town / Airport:
Take the N2 in the direction of Somerset West and drive for approx. 18 minutes.
Stay on the N2, do not take the exit Somerset West.
You'll see the huge Somerset Mall on your right hand side, now follow the S-curve (left side is the golf course, right side is a school).
At the 1st large traffic light turn left into Victoria Road.
Turn right at the next traffic light into Sergeant Street and continue until the T-junction.
Turn right and follow the street over a little bridge Lourens Street and than we are the fifth house on the left-hand side.
