- Looking for traditional architecture from the turn of the century and stylish cottages and barns still in use then Stellenbosch only 10 minutes away will tickle your fancy.

- For the cricket connoisseur just remember on a clear night and if there is no mist, you can see the flood lights of Boland Cricket Stadium right from the balcony at Lumleys Place.

- How about having a Gellie Blik Evening right here in our backyard (as it is done in The Cape) while socializing with fellow guests sharing tales to astonish and stories to amaze from the turning of the leaves.
