The climate is mostly mild and frost-free with no measurable extremes in temperature. Warm temperatures extend well into autumn and the winter months of June and July which may be pleasantly mild. While the wind does blow quite strongly, it does keep the air fresh. The summer season can become rather hot at times.
- The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made one to seven days before the actual arrival date. - Cancellations received between eight and 21 days before the date of arrival will result in 50 percent of the deposit forfeited. - For cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable. - In order to avoid misunderstanding, we require written instructions, together with your banking details, to cancel your reservation. Manor Collection Guest Houses will then refund the applicable amount within seven days. A 15 percent administration fee will be charged, while an additional R185 will be levied on SWIFT accounts.
From the N2 take the Setlaars way turn off towards the city, follow the road (along the beachfront) until you get to 8th avenue in Summerstrand. Turn right into 8th avenue and at the stop street turn left into Brighton drive. Continue over the next stop street and Manor 38 will be the second house on your left.
