Merindol Manor

Merindol Manor is one of the oldest houses in the Riebeek Valley.

The house was built in 1904 by the Malan family, owner of Allesverloren Wine Estate. The manor was largely renovated by the previous owners and the gardens (7000 m2) which are extremely beautiful were created by a local nursery.

We have olive and fruit trees and grow vegetables. We aim to offer homemade produce to our guests which includes yoghurt, pancakes and French toast. Our hens produce free range eggs for homemade cookies and breakfast.

We propose 4 intimate rooms, with beautiful view and outstanding finishes.

Accommodation at Merindol Manor:
The Savannah Room:
A very large (48 m) en suite bedroom leading out to our beautiful garden and your own private terrace under the patio. Our room has a 4 poster canopy queen-size bed with Egyptian cotton linen, double basin, copper bath and large shower. A television, fridge, safe, hairdryer, espresso machine, tea making facilities, WIFI, and access to the library. Accommodation includes a welcome drink and breakfast with homemade bread, yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit salad, fresh juices, farm eggs, cakes, waffles or French toast and jams.

The Elephant Room:
A large (31 m) en suite bedroom leading out to the swimming pool and the terrace under the patio where you can enjoy the stunning views of the Kasteelberg Mountain. Our room has a 4 poster canopy queen-size bed with Egyptian cotton linen, antique bath and large shower. A television, fridge, safe, hairdryer, espresso machine, tea making facilities, WIFI, and access to the library. The Zebra Room:
A large (28 m) en suite bedroom with a view of the swimming pool and the terrace under the patio where you can enjoy the stunning views of the Kasteelberg Mountain.
